The regular meeting of the FRC has taken place on the 28th of January, 2015 and discussed and solved the following issues:
Within the framework of securities’ regulation sector:
-Some amendments have been incorporated into the principles of the securities trading and settlement.
– Head of the Policy Boards established under the FRC, regarding the reforms of the policy board and their regulations, has assigned the FRC members to newly develop and approve operation principles of the Policy board in line with reforming the regulation to appoint new members, introduce new arrangement and working principles. The Policy board shall consist of representations of professional associations, organizations, researchers and independent parties of the sector.
-Amendments have been incorporated into the “Regulation regarding the license of issuing, registering of the securities certified by the property”, approved according to the 266th FRC Resolution of the 14th September, 2011.
– Amendments have been incorporated into the registration of the securities of the “BINSE” JSC, “Electricity distribution network of the Baganuur south-eastern regional” Co.,Ltd and “National electricity transmission network” Co.,Ltd.
-License has been suspended for the “United securities SC” LLC.
