On the 6th and 7th of February, 2015, Financial Regulatory Commission, Mongolian Stock Exchange, several brokerage and dealer’s companies and MSCH&CD has successfully participated in the “Open door event for the Securities market”.
In the early privatization period of the 1990s, each Mongolian citizen received securities entitlements. Therefore, during this event MSCH&CD completed entitlement search service for the public. The search was based on the individual’s documents and the statement of the securities account at the central depository was presented.
Also we provided information to the public regarding the study of the shares and dividends between the 1993-2014 that are being distributed via MSCH&CD as well as providing detailed information regarding the securities transfers such as the inheritance, gift and pledge. In addition, the public received information concerning the registration of the 1072 pieces of shares of the “Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi”.
Our company’s business hour is from 09.00AM – 12.30PM; 14.00PM – 17.30PM during which citizens are able to visit with their identity card and documents to receive appropriate services.
