Following the 9th FRC meeting, certain regulatory service fees are reduced and updated new charges.
Reducing the amount of regulatory service fees at every sector, it shall be able to expand the financial market, support the operations of the securities market institutions and reduce the load stressed by the state.
Recognizing that the Mongolian capital market condition needs to be improved and activated, 0.08 percent of Agricultural exchange trade commission was changed to 0.04 percent without a deadline as well as certain capital market service fees are temporarily liberated:
– 10 percent of the centralized fee from the securities trading that the Stock Exchange commissioned to FRC;
– 10 percent of the centralized fee from the MSCH&CD settlement income to FRC;
– Until 31st of December, 2016, underwriter annual service fee of 2 million MNT for FRC.
